Although we love a barn conversion it’s nice to have a blank canvas for a new build and this site in Bassingbourn was exactly that.

We initially took on this project as a something to fill the gap between the end of our Milking Parlour build and the start of our exciting Flittons farm development. However as soon as we received the plans from our architect we knew it was going to be an enjoyable build.

We intensionally choose quite a masculine look for the build and decided early on that we wanted a lot of black finishes throughout and of course, our now trademark polished concrete floors.

As with some of our other properties we have dotted smart home tech around the house and installed a totally bespoke kitchen and high end bathrooms.

What started as a gap filler soon became some of our teams favourite build to date! We must say, we’re extremely pleased with the finished property and hope our lovely buyers enjoy their new home!

Not bad for 7 months work! Well done team!
