We built these Self sufficient modern properties with the lives of the modern family in mind. We where keen to make the most of the spacious plots and the availability of light throughout the day whilst also maintaining a high level of privacy.

Freestones & Morseby where our first builds from scratch. As our first properties we wanted to make sure we started exercising our ethos straight away. Using a range of materials for the outside of the property creates a far from standard finish and we tried to create bright open spaces internally that could (in the summer months at least) bring the outside in, and vice versa.

We are particularly proud of the Vaulted ceilings in the kitchen area as well as the sliding glass wall. We installed a “ridge light” in the main living area which has since become a trademark of our properties. It’s worth noting the two
properties are self sufficient (apart from electricity) containing their own sewage treatment plant and bore holes for their water.
